Burlesquercise is a high-energy class that blends fitness with burlesque flair. Designed to get your heart pumping and your confidence up, this class turns cardio and conditioning into a full-on performance moment.
In this class, we’ll dive into:
Burlesque inspired cardio to build stamina and stage endurance
Strength and conditioning disguised as sultry choreography
Hip work, struts, and shimmies to tone and tease
Confidence building movement that celebrates your body
Short combos that make you feel like the star of your own show

Showcase Classes
Showcase classes are required classes for student performers who wish to be in the Seoul School of Burlesque showcases. First time student showcase performers are Bachelors, second timers are Masters, and for the third showcase they are PhDs in the Arts of Tease. Each degree has its own fundamental focuses and specialTEASE hour requirements to equip each burlesque babe with necessary artistry and industry skills. Class schedules vary each semester.
There is a total of 24 class credits and 36 hours of a specialTEASE to graduate the full program, Bachelor through PhD.

Looking to try burlesque for the first time or to refine a specific skill set within the Art of Tease? For those who do not want to commit to a full term, drop-in for our À La Carte workshops taught by House of Tease members and guest international instructors. Workshops span the genres of dance covering aerial arts, feather fans, feather boas, bump n’ grind, floorplay, chairlesque, and so much more! Workshops change monthly.

On this platform, you’ll have access to pre-recorded lessons that take you step-by-step through the most iconic burlesque tricks of the trade. Act Development Pack: This is for burlesque performers who have acts that need further development, fine tuning, and missing elements discovered to bring a fully realized concept to the stage. The idea is there but it needs cultivation. This course gets your act fully choreographed with costume, hair, and makeup designs that add to the narrative you are telling through the art of tease.
Showgirl Starter Pack: For the beginner burlesque performer who doesn’t know where to begin, this course is for you! Find what interests you most by dabbling in a variety of 101-Striptease basics with Flowerbomb’s guidance every step of the way. Learn how to wield iconic props, master popular costume removals, and build a foundation for tease tactics informed by conservatory actor techniques.
